Welcome

The festive season is just around the corner, whether you are looking for that perfect place for an office lunch, some festive food to enjoy with family or a good excuse to have a jolly dinner with a few friends. Whatever the reason, come & have fun in our lovely warm & cosy pub or pop on your Christmas jumper and enjoy our outdoor heated & covered barn & terrace areas.

Built in the mid 1800’s, the Brickmakers Arms was established as a well reputed watering hole supporting the extensive local brickmaking industry.  Today the Brickmakers still sits at the heart of the community serving great fresh food, where eaters and drinkers alike are looked after with the same friendly and professional service.  We take great pride in our interiors and gardens allowing our guests to relax in beautiful surroundings.

You can book a table online for up to 8 people to dine indoors or outdoors. Just drinking?  Although we don’t currently take bookings for drinking only, we do have a number of unreserved tables in the pub and on our terrace available for walk-ins.

If you have any questions please contact us on 01276 472267.

We think pubs are really for adults. However well-behaved younger children are very welcome seated at a table in the bar up to 7pm and in the restaurant until 7.30pm. We do have high chairs available, a kids menu and baby change facility.

Clean & well behaved dogs on a lead are welcome in the bar and garden – please be aware that your pet may be a hazard to unsuspecting customers in a busy pub!
